A flat, linear paseo of just 2.4 kilometres between the small beach of Frouxeira and the vicinity of the AC-116 road.
An itinerary designed for self-guided walking or cycling, which starts from the seafront promenade and ties in with the dirt track that runs along the eastern shore of the Frouxeira Lagoon.
This route allows you to see the two different ecological environments that make up this internationally important wetland complex: the sandy beach with its huge dune system and the coastal lagoon that lies behind it.
