Through this procedure you can send your requests for the exercise of rights relating to data protection. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation EU/2016/679, recognizes the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), limitation of processing, portability and not to be subject to individualized decisions by the holders of personal data.
- RIGHT OF ACCESS: By exercising this right, you request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, to be provided with the information listed in Article 15 of the RGPD.
- RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION: By exercising this right, you request that inaccurate personal data concerning you be rectified or incomplete personal data be completed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the RGPD. The data subject must indicate in his request to which data he refers and the correction to be made. He/she must attach, where necessary, the documentation justifying the inaccuracy or incompleteness of the data being processed.
- RIGHT OF DELETION: By exercising this right, you request that personal data be deleted without undue delay, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the GDPR. It will be necessary to prove that the corresponding requirements are met.
- RIGHT TO LIMIT THE PROCESSING: When exercising this right, you request to limit the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 18 and 19 of the GDPR. It will be necessary to prove that the corresponding requirements are met.
- RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY: By exercising this right, you request to be provided with the right to data portability, in accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of the GDPR.
- RIGHT TO OPPOSE: By exercising this right, you oppose the processing of personal data concerning you, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of the GDPR.
When exercising any of these rights, in the event that it is agreed, within a period of one month, that it is not appropriate to meet all or part of the right exercised, it will be communicated to the person concerned with reasons in order that, where appropriate, may seek the protection of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, under Article 57 of the RGPD.
